У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку Покупця бюджетного фінансування, призначеного на оплату Товару, Покупець проводить оплату поставленого Товару протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня надходження бюджетного фінансування відповідних видатків на рахунок Покупця. Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Постанови від 28.02.2022 №169 "Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану"
