Згідно умов цієї закупівлі оголошенням вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів та прикріпленого текстового документу " Оголошення_шини", що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 14 Закону України "Про публічні … закупівлі". Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі зазначена у додатку 1 до документації (технічна специфікація), що додається. Закупівля здійснюється на підставі постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 р. № 169 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану».
