Розрахунки з Учасником здійснюються шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Учасника протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту з моменту підписання Сторонами двостороннього Акту приймання-передачі, у якому зазначають асортимент, комплектність, кількість та вартість Товару, що передається Замовнику. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюються протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок та/або можливості здійснити платежі.
