Пропозиції підготовлені учасниками-нерезидентами можуть бути викладені іншою мовою, при цьому повинні мати завірений переклад українською мовою) Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі: міститься у Вимогах до предмета закупівлі. Перелік критеріїв та методика оцінки пропозицій із зазначенням питомої ваги критеріїв: Ціна 100 відсотків. Забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю не вимагається.
