Description:

У разі, якщо Виконавець є платником ПДВ, Замовник здійснює розрахунок на 45 (сорок п`ятий) банківський день з дати реєстрації Виконавцем складеної відповідно до Податкового кодексу України податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування у Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних. У випадку зупинення реєстрації податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування Постачальника, розрахунок здійснюється на 45 (сорок п`ятий) банківський день з дати отримання Замовником від Виконавця копії рішення про реєстрацію податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування. У разі, якщо Виконавець не є платником ПДВ, Замовник здійснює розрахунок на 45 (сорок п`ятий) банківський день з дати підписання належним чином оформлених первинних документів.
