Оплата Продукції за Договором здійснюється на умовах попередньої оплати з урахуванням положень бюджетного законодавства та нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють питання здійснення попередньої оплати. Попередня оплата за Договором здійснюється ЗАМОВНИКОМ протягом 90 (дев’яноста) календарних днів з дня надання ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ забезпечення повернення попередньої оплати у формі Банківської гарантії та за умови дотримання ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ вимог, визначених п.п. 3.6.-3.10. цього Договору.
