Не було погоджено перерозподіл бюджетних асигнувань між поточними та капітальними видатками в частині збільшення видатків за КПКВ 1814081 «Забезпечення діяльності інших закладів в галузі культури та мистецтва» КЕКВ 3110 «Придбання обладнання і предметів довгострокового користування» за рахунок зменшення видатків за КПКВ 1814081 «Забезпечення діяльності інших закладів в галузі культури та мистецтва» КЕКВ 2210 «Предмети, матеріали, обладнання та інвентар». Таким чином, подальша потреба в закупівлі товарів багатофункціонального кольорового пристрою Canon iR C3226i у поточному році відсутня через відсутність бюджетних призначень за КЕКВ 3110. Прийнято рішення відмінити закупівлю UA-2022-09-28-010420-a з підстав, визначених нормами п. 1 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» через відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі товару у поточному році.
