Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 банківських днів після отримання товару, на підставі видаткових накладних при наявному фінансуванні. Згідно статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. Фінансування здійснюється за кошти державного бюджету. У разі затримки фінансування на вказані цілі Замовник здійснює розрахунки з Постачальником протягом 10 робочих днів з дня надходження коштів на його рахунок.
