Description:

- аванс надається на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів та підлягає обов’язковому зарахуванню Генпідрядником в залік майбутніх платежів Замовника. Замовник до початку виконання робіт при наявності коштів протягом 30 робочих днів з моменту підписання договору перераховує на розрахунковий рахунок Генпідрядника аванс у розмірі до 50% від вартості річного обсягу робіт на придбання необхідних для виконання робіт будівельних та паливно-мастильних матеріалів.
