Розрахунки за поставлений Товар, здійснюються згідно накладної, у безготівковій формі, шляхом оплати Покупцем після пред’явлення Постачальником накладної на оплату Товару, протягом 10 (десяти) … банківських днів на банківський рахунок Постачальника. У вартість товару входить поставка, а також усі податки і збори, що оплачуються, або можуть бути оплачені Постачальником. Постачальник повинен поставити Товар, якість якого відповідає Державним стандартам України, умовам і вимогам, що чинні та діють до товарів даного типу в Україні.
