Поставка Товару здійснюється у вигляді талонів. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не меншим як 3 місяці з моменту їх отримання Замовником, у разі не використання талонів Замовником, Постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін їх дії до повного використання. Талони повинні діяти на всіх АЗС Постачальника. Постачальник повинен мати розгалужену систему АЗС по всій Україні, обов'язково у м. Тернопіль. Умови оплати за Товар: Замовник здійснює оплату за поставлений товар упродовж 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання товару та підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної.
