Поставка Товару здійснюється у вигляді талонів. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не меншим як 3 місяці з моменту їх отримання Замовником, у разі не використання талонів Замовником, Постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін їх дії до повного використання. … Талони повинні діяти на всіх АЗС Постачальника. Постачальник повинен мати розгалужену систему АЗС по всій Україні, обов'язково у м. Тернопіль. Умови оплати за Товар: Замовник здійснює оплату за поставлений товар упродовж 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання товару та підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної.
