Description:
Розрахунковий період за Договором становить один календарний місяць. Розрахунки проводяться у безготівковій формі через Державну казначейську службу України шляхом перерахування коштів у національній валюті України. Оплата газу, спожитого за розрахунковий місяць, здійснюється за фактично поставлений газ протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів від дати підписання уповноваженими особами обох Сторін акту приймання-передачі природного газу за відповідний місяць. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки проводяться на протязі 5 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником на свій реєстраційний рахунок бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі за вказаним напрямом.
