Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу

Закупівля на 2023 рік. Ціна пропозиції повинна включати ціну електричної енергії за 1 кВт*год з урахуванням ПДВ та витрат на послуги з передачі електричної енергії. Послуги з розподілу електричної енергії Замовник сплачує Оператору розподілу - АТ … "ПОЛТАВАОБЛЕНЕРГО" - самостійно. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" з урахуванням Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 р. № 1178 (надалі - Особливості). Місце поставки електричної енергії - межа балансової належності електроустановок Замовника (заклади Замовника за адресами: смт Чорнухи, вул. Центральна, 49; с.Вороньки, вул. Перелета, 1; с.Кізлівка, провул.Шкільний, 2; с.Гільці, вул.Шкільна, 1;с.Мокіївка, вул.Центральна, 7а; с.Білоусівка, вул.Мележика, 52; с.Хейлівщина, вул.Галушки, 4; смт Чорнухи, вул. Мележика, 15-А; смт Чорнухи, вул.Мележика, 10а; с.Городище, вул.Миру, 15). Строк поставки електричної енергії: з 01 січня 2023 року по 31 грудня 2023 року включно цілодобово. Умови оплати: Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Оплата електричної енергії здійснюється Замовником (Споживачем) шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в національній валюті України у безготівковій формі протягом 20 календарних днів після підписання акту прийому-передачі активної електричної енергії з правом на відстрочку платежу, у разі виникнення обставин, що унеможливлюють проведення оплати у передбачений строк, протягом 10 банківських днів без права на претензію з боку Постачальника. Оплата за грудень 2023 року здійснюється до 25.12.2023 р. Замовник (Споживач) залишає за собою право на можливість зменшення обсягів закупівлі електричної енергії залежно від реального фінансування та виробничих потреб без оплати будь-яких штрафних санкцій чи іншої фінансової коменсації Постачальнику. Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов'язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, визначених п.19 Особливостей.
