Description:
В зв’язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стала підставою введення воєнного стану відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64/2022 "Про введення воєнного стану в Україні", затвердженого Законом України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 2102-IX, та відповідно до протоколу доручення № 5 від 20.05.2022 Київської міської державної адміністрації, підрядник погоджується на можливе відтермінування платежу на період дії воєнного стану в Україні, а також протягом шести місяців після його припинення або скасування, в залежності від реального фінансування. Оплата за виконані роботи здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця, що вказаний у цьому Договорі, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати надходження бюджетного фінансування.
