Проект договору надається Замовником. Строк поставки -01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 р, цілодобово. 45 точок комерційного обліку. Умови розрахунків: післяплата. Категорія площадки вимірювання Споживача: група "Б" Клас напруги: 2. Технічні, якісні характеристики … предмета закупівлі повинні відповідати встановленим діючим нормативним актам законодавства України (державним стандартам, технічним умовам). Послуги з розподілу електричної енергії, оплачуються Замовником самостійно Оператору системи розподілу. Умови оплати: Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Оплата вартості електричної енергії Споживачем здійснюється виключно шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника. Загальна вартість договору складається з місячних сум вартості договірних обсягів постачання електричної енергії Споживачу.
