Description:
Розрахунковим періодом за цим Договором є календарний місяць. Оплату вартості використання електричної енергії Споживач здійснює на підставі ч. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – лише за фактично використану електричну енергію, на підставі акту прийняття – передавання товарної продукції Постачальника, належним чином оформленого протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів від дати зазначеної на акті. Якщо Споживач не здійснив оплату за цим Договором, через затримки бюджетного фінансування Споживача, розрахунки здійснюються протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати надходження асигнувань на реєстраційні рахунки Споживача для розрахунків за поставлену електричну енергію. Споживач (усно/письмово) повідомляє Постачальника про настання такої події. Будь-які штрафні санкції до Споживача такому випадку не застосовуються, Постачальник не має право здійснити заходи з припинення постачання електричної енергії Споживачу у порядку, визначеному ПРРЕЕ.
