1. Замовник сплачує кошти за поставлений Товар не пізніше 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар, інших супровідних документів, необхідних для здійснення його поставки Постачальником, за умови … отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного фінансування. 2. Вибірка Товару Замовником відбувається на підставі виключно Бланків-дозволів (талони номіналом 10 л.). 3. Термін дії бланків Талонів становить не менше 6 (шести) місяців, від дати передачі їх Замовнику. У разі закінчення терміну дії невикористаних дозволів (талонів), Постачальник здійснює їх обмін, без додаткової оплати, на такий самий період. 4. Учасник повинен запропонувати розвинену мережу АЗС в місті Києві (не менше 20 АЗС), що здійснюють відпуск пального за талонами.
