Нафта і дистиляти

Доставка Замовнику талонів здійснюється Учасником (Постачальником) за його рахунок. У разі поставки талонів, строк дії яких минув або таких, які не відповідають технічним вимогам Замовника по іншим причинам, такі талони підлягають обміну за рахунок … Учасника. Розрахунки проводяться Покупцем за фактично отриманий Товар, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку на оплату Товару, за умови наявності підписаної Сторонами видаткової накладної на поставку (передачу) талонів на отримання відповідної партії Товару. Обов’язкова вимога: наявність автозаправних станцій ( власних, орендованих чи АЗСпартнерів) на відстані не більше 15 км від юридичної адреси Замовника ( 34700 Рівненська область, місто Корець, площа Київська, 5).
