1. Учасник повинен мати розширену мережу автозаправних станцій (власних, орендованих, партнерських) на території України та обов’язково мати не менше однієї з них НА ВІДСТАНІ НЕ БІЛЬШЕ 6 (ШЕСТИ) КІЛОМЕТРІВ від адреси Замовника: Закарпатська область, … Ужгородський район, с.Оноківці, вул.Головна, 59. 2. При укладанні договору Замовник залишає за собою право на отримання від Постачальника копії підтверджуючих документів щодо права власності (оренди, користування тощо) щодо АЗС, на яких планується видача палива Замовнику. 3. Бензин А-95 та дизельне паливо повинно постачатися Замовнику у талонах і відповідати вимогам екологічному стандарту Євро 5.
