Місце постачання: на межі балансової належності 11 електроустановок замовника за адресами: вул. Шевченка, м.Монастириська, Чортківський р-н., Тернопільська обл., 48301 Строк поставки: по 31 грудня 2023 року (включно), цілодобово. Технічні характеристики … (специфікація) предмета закупівлі: товар повинен відповідати показникам якості безпеки, які встановлюються законодавством України та діючими стандартами, Закону України "Про ринок електричної енергії", Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14 березня 2018 року № 312. Технічні, якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі повинні відповідати встановленим діючим нормативним актам законодавства України (державним стандартам, технічним умовам). Умови оплати: Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Оплата вартості електричної енергії Споживачем здійснюється виключно шляхом перерахування коштів по факту споживання згідно з даними комерційного обліку. Платежі здійснюються на підставі виставлених paxyнків та актів приймання-передачі. Рахунок для здійснення оплати надається після закінчення розрахункового періоду. Загальна вартість договору складається з місячних сум вартості договірних обсягів постачання електричної енергії Споживачу. Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, визначених в пункті 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178. Споживач залишає за собою право на можливість зменшення обсягів закупівлі залежно від реального фінансування та виробничих потреб, без сплати будь-яких штрафних санкцій чи іншої фінансової компенсації Постачальнику.
