Паливо повинно відпускатись цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення талонів на власних, орендованих або партнерських АЗС учасника закупівлі, не менше однієї АЗС на території в радіусі 5 км від розташування Замовника, а саме вул. Б.Хмельницького, 47 м. … Гайсина, що забезпечить мінімальні витрати замовника на переїзд транспортних засобів від адреси замовника до АЗС. Товар повинен бути обов'язково сертифікований та відповідати вимогам ДСТУ. Замовник здійснює оплату за товар в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання відповідно до умов договору.. Датою здійснення будь-яких платежів Замовника є дата списання відповідних коштів з розрахункового рахунку . Місце поставки талонів номіналом 10, 20 літрів : 23700, Україна, Вінницька обл., м. Гайсин, вул. Б.Хмельницького,47, відповідно до наданої Замовником заявки. Місце поставки товару - місце розташування АЗС учасника – переможця. Учасник повинен гарантувати строк дії бланків дозволів (талонів) не менше шести місяців на бензин А-95 та дизельне паливо. Строк поставки до 31.12.2023 року включно.
