Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон

Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон, (Згідно ДСТУ 7688:2015. "Паливо дизельне ЄВРО. Технічні умови"). Постачальник повинен поставити Покупцю Товар, якість якого відповідає державним стандартам і нормам, що підтверджується копією сертифікату якості, або … паспорту якості, або сертифікату відповідності, або іншого документу, який підтверджує якість товару, що постачатиметься, що додатком до договору. Відпуск Товару здійснюється по бланкам внутрішнього обігу (надалі – Талони) Постачальника, безпосередньо на АЗС, що обслуговують Талони Постачальника, окремими партіями згідно потреб Покупця шляхом обміну Талону на Товар в кількості та асортименті, що зазначені в Талоні. АЗС повинна бути розташована у радіусі не більше 5-ти км. від адреси Замовника. Строк дії Талонів до 31.12.2023 року. Розрахунки за Поставлений Товар проводяться в національній валюті України шляхом перерахування Покупцем коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на окрему партію Товару.
