Сметана жирністю не менше 20% Сметана повинна відповідати умовам ГОСТ, ДСТУ або ТУ, які діють на момент проведення процедури закупівлі. Виготовлена тільки з коров’ячого молока, призначене для безпосереднього вживання в їжу. Жирність не менше 20 % з … етикетками, які містять інформацію щодо товару (дата і час виготовлення, виробник, кінцева дата реалізації тощо). Кожна партія повинна супроводжуватись документами (накладними, документами які засвідчують якість та безпеку). Строк придатності не повинен перевищувати 85% від загального строку придатності. Тара, в якій постачається продукт, повинна відповідати діючим вимогам. Кожна партія повинна супроводжуватись документами (накладними, документами, які засвідчують якість та безпеку). Графік та обсяг кожної поставки: поставка товару до 31.12.2023 року включно. Постачання по заявці Замовника. Заявки подаються Замовником в телефонному режимі або в письмовій формі або електронною поштою на електронну адресу. Місце поставки товарів : заклади освіти Хоростківської міської ради (згідно Додаток № 2 до Договору про закупівлю).
