Закупівля здійснюється з урахуванням особливостей, які затверджені Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. N 1178 " Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених … Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування" (із змінами). Термін поставки природного газу з 01.04.2023 р. - до 30.09.2023 р.. Поставка здійснюється за адресами закладів, підпорядкованих Коноплянській сільській раді Березівського району Одеської області - ЕІС-код 56XS00004AIC7001. З метою ефективного використання бюджетних коштів Замовник має право розірвати Договір або припинити його в частині поставки природного газу, в тому числі у разі вибору іншого постачальника, який зпропонує більш економічну вигідну ціну.
