Description:

Замовник здійснює оплату виконаних Робіт протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня підписання Сторонами Акта виконаних робіт, в безготівковому порядку, шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця. Оплата вартості Робіт за цим Договором буде здійснюватися за рахунок бюджетних коштів. У разі затримання бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за цим Договором здійснюється протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на свій поточний рахунок.
