Description:

Розрахунок проводиться в термін 10 робочих днів після передачі Виконавцем виконаного звіту про експертну грошову оцінку земельної ділянки та підписання Замовником Акту. У випадку затримки оплати послуг Замовником, як отримувачем бюджетних коштів (через відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку Замовника), Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату наданих Виконавцем послуг протягом 30 робочих днів з дня надходження коштів на свій рахунок. У зв’язку з введенням воєнного стану і до моменту його припинення, оплата наданих послуг Виконавцем здійснюється з урахуванням Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021р. №590 «Про затвердження Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану» (зі змінами). В разі відкриття Виконавцем окремих небюджетних рахунків в органах Державного Казначейства, оплата робіт наданих послуг здійснюється у відповідності до механізму передбаченого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 7 липня 2022 р. № 765».
