Explanation

Відповідно до пункту 12 Особливостей у разі здійснення закупівлі товару, вартість якого становить або перевищує 100 тис. гривень, з використанням електронного каталогу, замовник здійснює відбір постачальника шляхом запиту ціни пропозицій постачальників відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822. Пунктом 65 Порядку № 822 встановлено, що замовник може відмінити запит ціни пропозицій до укладення договору про закупівлю. Враховуючи те, що під час проведення запиту ціни пропозицій щодо Закупівлі набула чинності Постанова КМУ від 30.03.2023р. № 277 згідно якою продовжено покладання спеціальних обов’язків на суб’єктів ринку природного газу, у зв’язку з чим у Замовника відсутнє подальша потреба у даній закупівлі.
