Доставка товару здійснюється спеціалізованим транспортним засобом, придатним для перевезення товару, один раз на місяць, до 10:00. За тиждень до запланованої дати поставки Покупець подає усно, письмово або електронною поштою замовлення Постачальнику, що … містить необхідну для поставки кількість товару та дату поставки. Ціна товару повинна включати вартість доставки за місцем призначення, витрат на сплату податків та зборів (обов’язкових платежів) та інших витрат, пов’язаних з поставкою товару. Оплата товару здійснюється протягом 7 робочих днів з дня отримання товару Покупцем, згідно накладних. Продавець повинен розробляти, вводити в дію та застосовувати постійно діючі процедури, що засновані на принципах системи аналізу небезпечних факторів та контролю у критичних точках (НАССР).
