Закупівля здійснюється керуючись Постановою Кабінету Міністрів від 12 жовтня 2022р №1178 "Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", на … період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування". Поставка (передача), розвантажування товару здійснюється коштом учасника-переможця. Місце поставки (передачі) товару: вул. Лісова, 1, м. Нетішин, Хмельницька обл., у будні дні з 8:00 до 15:00. Товар при поставці повинен супроводжуватись документами, що підтверджують якість та безпеку, а саме: копіями декларацій, сертифікатів якості/відповідності, та/або посвідчень про якість (у передбачених законодавством випадках. На момент поставки товару залишковий термін його придатності повинен бути не меншим, ніж 80% загального терміну придатності або не менше, ніж 1 рік. Товар повинен відповідати показникам якості, які встановлюються законодавством України та діючим стандартам. Маркування: відповідно до норм законодавства. Умови оплати: 100% після оплата протягом 10 робочих днів після поставки товару згідно накладної.
