Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 3 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника заявки щодо поставки відповідної партії … Товару. Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою: Україна, 21020, Вінницька область, м. Вінниця, склад Замовника. Оплата здійснюється Замовником за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному договорі, протягом 15 робочих (банківських) днів, після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунку на оплату. Днем оплати поставленого Постачальником Товару є дата списання коштів з відповідних рахунків Замовника.
