15860000-4 Кава, чай та супутня продукція (Чай для потреб НГВУ «НАДВІРНАНАФТОГАЗ»)

1. Найменування: Чай чорний (100 пакетів/1уп) 2. Умови оплати: по факту поставки всього Товару протягом 30 календарних днів. 3. Особливі вимоги: - чай чорний, одержаний з цілого листа або різаного листа; не повинен містити плісняви, затхлості, … кислуватості, жовтого чайного пилу, сторонніх ароматів, присмаків і домішок. Зовнішній вигляд – однорідний. Смак та аромат: ніжний аромат, приємний з терпкістю смак; настій: яскравий, прозорий, достатньо насичений. Чай фасують в пакетики для разової заварки вагою 2г або 1,8г, розфасований в картонні пачки по 100 пакетів. 4. Пакування: Товар повинен бути в упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару і захищає його від пошкоджень під час доставки. Упаковка має містити всю необхідну інформацію про товар, згідно вимог чинного законодавства. 5. Маркування: маркування повинно відповідати вимогам чинного законодавства України. 6. Залишок терміну зберігання на момент поставки повинен складати не менше, ніж 80% загального терміну придатності споживання. 7. Транспортування: доставка продукції повинна здійснюватися автотранспортом Продавця, який відповідно обладнаний для перевезення продукції за предметом договору. Транспортні витрати по доставці товару в місце призначення включені в ціну товару. 8. Документи на етапі поставки. Постачання товару проводиться при наявності відповідних супровідних документів, що засвідчують належну якість товару (сертифікат відповідності / декларація виробника / посвідчення якості або інший документ). 9. Термін поставки: однією партією, згідно узгодженої заявки на поставку, після підписання договору, але не пізніше 31.07.2023р. 10. Умови поставки (ІНКОТЕРМС - 2020р.): DDP склад вантажоотримувача
