Керуючись вимогами Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та зважаючи на наявність підстави для відміни спрощеної закупівлі за предметом закупівлі «Охолоджуючі та гальмівні рідини, засіб для чищення» згідно коду ДК 021:2015 24960000-1 «Хімічна продукція різна» і необхідність вжиття у зв’язку з цим заходів, передбачених пунктом 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону, а саме: «в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель» (некоректно вказана кількість товару).
