Поставка талонів на нафтопродукти здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника на склад Покупця за його місцем перебування: Запорізька обл., м.Бердянськ, вул. м.Горького 13/7. Постачальник гарантує Покупцю відпуск Товару по талонах на бензин А-92 з АЗС. Перелік … АЗС, найменування, кількість і вартість Товару, що поставляється за договором, зазначені в «Специфікації» до Договору. Поставка талонів на нафтопродукти здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) календарних днів (включно) з моменту укладання договору. Кінцевим строком зберігання та відпуску нафтопродуктів по талонам є 31 грудня 2021 року включно. під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. Технічна документація, а також документи, викладені в оригіналі російською мовою, що видані учаснику або складені учасником, не потребують перекладу українською мовою. Документи, що надаються учасниками у складі їх тендерних пропозицій, викладені іншими мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом на українську мову. Вірність перекладу цих документів/ справжність підпису перекладача засвідчується нотаріально. Визначальним є документ/текст, викладений українською мовою.

CPV 021: 2015 09130000-9 Petroleum and distillates, namely - Gasoline A-92 on coupons

Dilivery of coupons for petroleum products is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse at its location: Zaporozhye region, Berdyansk, st. м.Горького 13/7. The Supplier guarantees the Buyer the release of the Goods on coupons for A-92 gasoline from the gas station. The list of gas stations, name, quantity and cost of the Goods delivered under the contract are specified in the "Specification" to the Contract. Delivery of coupons for petroleum products is carried out within 7 (seven) calendar days (inclusive) from the moment of concluding the contract. The deadline for storage and release of petroleum products on coupons is December 31, 2021 inclusive. During the procurement procedure, all documents related to the tender offer and drawn up directly by the bidder are presented in Ukrainian language. Technical documentation, as well as documents presented in the original in Russian, issued to the participant or compiled by the participant, do not require translation into Ukrainian … language. Documents submitted by bidders as part of their bids, presented in other languages, must be submitted together with their authentic translation into Ukrainian. The accuracy of the translation of these documents / the authenticity of the translator's signature is notarized. The defining document is the document / text presented in the Ukrainian language.
