Інформація про мову (мови), якою (якими) повинно бути складено тендерні пропозиції Тендерні пропозиції, підготовлені Учасниками-резидентами України, викладаються українською мовою. При цьому, проектна, технічна документація, а також документи, що … підтверджують відповідність учасника кваліфікаційним критеріям, які викладені в оригіналі російською мовою, не потребують перекладу українською мовою. Тендерні пропозиції підготовлені учасниками-нерезидентами України можуть бути викладені іншою мовою, при цьому повинні мати завірений переклад українською або російською мовами. У разі розбіжностей з текстом оригіналу перевага надається україномовному або російськомовному тексту. Відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник.

Tender proposals prepared by Resident Participants of Ukraine must be presented in the Ukrainian language. In this case, the design, technical documentation, as well as documents confirming the participant's compliance with the qualification criteria, which are set out in the original in Russian, do not require translation into Ukrainian. Tender proposals prepared by Non-resident Participants of Ukraine may be presented in another language, and must have a certified translation into Ukrainian or Russian. In case of discrepancies with the text of the original, preference is given to the Ukrainian or Russian text. The participant is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the translation.
