Reference to Appendix 1 of Annex 3-Technical Design Assignment: Inlet Feed Gas composition contains a low amount of H2S (0,0001 г/м3) and mercaptans (0,001 г/м3) but these data seem to be inconsistent with sulphur content (2,18 мг/л). Data relevant to Sulphur is indicated as 2.18 mg/l when normally it is expressed in mg/m3. Please clarify and confirm data for sulphur content.

Answer : the sulphur content in natural gas at the inlet to the Khrestysche facility according to the Test report is defined in mg/l and is 2.18 mg/l, (test method of sulphur content according to ASTM D6667). There is no additional information on the content of sulphur/sulphur compounds in natural gas.

Answer: The scope of supply within the PCm contract does not include utilities, such as LPG desulfurization block. In case if liquefied gas does not meet the requirements of DSTU EN589 (according to PCm contractor's calculations) on the sulphur, hydrogen sulphide and mercaptan sulphur content), this unit will be designed by Engineering company (Engineering tender) and supplied by Construction contractor (Constructions tender).

Feed gas at the range of pressure changes from 5.5 to 4.0 MPa and its consumption of 12 million m3/day (+10% ...- 50%) is provided by the existing Khrestysche Compressor Station. The issue of placement of the intake gas flow regulator should be resolved during the design, taking into account the technological features and layout of the equipment proposed by the Participant.

LPG and Condensate accounting systems

Please clarify if LPG and Condensate flowrate meters shall be fiscal-type ones. Usually, fiscal metering is provided from storage units to loading bays for trucks for product selling. Fiscal metering units are close to battery limit of the whole complex. As LPG recovery plant and product storage are part of the same complex, we believe for this project flowrate transmitters are enough for LPG and condensate because such products are sent to storage and they are not intended for sales. Please clarify.

The methanol unit is not in the scope of supply. The supplier of the equipment complex (in case of determination of such necessity at the Engineering stage) must provide the point (s) of input / output of methanol (or other inhibitors for operation of equipment) with the indication of all necessary parameters (nominal diameter of the pipeline, temperature, pressure, expenses, etc.)

Планується обводная лінія в нашому обсязі поставок? Обвідна лінія означає, що в разі виникнення проблем при експлуатації, магістральна трубопровідна лінія буде відключена, щоб зупинити подачу газу, а додаткова подача газу піде на обвідну лінію.

Або передбачається тільки розглянути факельне спалювання природного газу, що вивільняється з запобіжного клапана, клапана зниження тиску, продувки устаткування, трубопровідної системи заводу?

На факельній установці проектної УПВВ мають спалюватись вуглеводневі гази як у випадку нормального спрацювання запобіжної та запірної арматури (запобіжних клапанів, клапанів зниження тиску, при продувці обладнання і т.ін.), так і в результаті виникнення аварійних ситуацій.
