Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: Тендерна пропозиція та усі документи, які передбачені вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї складаються українською мовою. Документи або копії документів (які передбачені … вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї), які надаються Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції, викладені іншими мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом на українську мову. Переклад має бути підписаний або завірений особою, уповноваженою на підписання тендерної пропозиції та може бути засвідчений печаткою Учасника, в разі її використання. Допускається без перекладу бланк підприємства /установи/організації та штампи в кресленнях або тому подібне. Розмір, вид та умови надання забезпечення тендерних пропозицій (якщо замовник вимагає його надати): Не вимагається. Обсяг надання послуг - відповідно до Технічного завдання (додаток №4 тендерної документації).

Services on carrying out bacteriological researches of workers

The language (languages) of the bids: The tender proposal and all documents stipulated by the requirements of the tender documentation and its appendices shall be drawn up in the Ukrainian language. Documents or their copies (provided by the requirements of the bidding documents and annexes hereto), submitted by the Bidder as a part of the competitive bid, set forth in the other languages, must be submitted together with their authentic translation into the Ukrainian language. Translation must be signed or certified by the person, authorized to sign the competitive bid and may be certified by the stamp of the Bidder, if used. Enterprise/institution/organization letterheads and stamps in the drawings etc. are allowed without translation.
