Тендерні пропозиції підготовлені учасниками-нерезидентами України можуть бути викладені іншою мовою, при цьому повинні мати завірений переклад українською або російською мовами. У разі розбіжностей з текстом оригіналу перевага надається україномовному або російськомовному тексту. Відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник.
